We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products.

3. Responsible Use

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our tools complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms (such as YouTube or MetaTrader brokers). Tech Kick is not responsible for any account actions taken by third-party platforms.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our software, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for the Tech Kick Trading Bot. VIEWR lifetime licenses are final sale unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Kick is not liable for any financial losses or data loss resulting from the use of our software. Trading carries risk, and audience growth results may vary.
